Niall claimed that although Jackson was “vegetarian”, he “didn’t like vegetables”. This proved quite a challenge!

Eventually, Niall found the perfect cuisine: Mexican food. Dishes like spicy enchiladas became a fixture and the table. Jackson also loved tofu kebabs with Couscous and Moroccan Sauce!

According to White House chef Cristeta Comerford, this unusual dish consisted of a margarita pizza with ground beef, mustard, ketchup, and even sliced pickles on top –all the ingredients of a cheeseburger!
